Elyse’s Overall Experience about Regrowz

"Initially I was worried that it wouldn't work. And, in the beginning I did shed a lot of hair still so this only added to that worry. However, it's only the last month or so that I noticed my hair wasn't shedding as much and that it was starting to grow. Although I do have frizzy parts but this is only because those hairs are shorter than the rest of my hair. Overall I am really impressed."

At first I was intrigued as the squeeze tube was quite hard and tough. I went into this with an open mind however as I really am willing to do what it takes to ensure I lose no more hair.

On first use I did think it was tough using the product because of the scent. The oil (presumably coconut oil) can be hard upon application but melts as it’s applied. The product was easy to apply and felt comfortable on the scalp. It did take a while to get use to the scent of the oil product however.

Application is easy. You simply roll on the product that is contained within the rollerball area – I apply this to my hairline and the sides of my hair near my templates mostly. After I have applied this to thinning areas, I wait before applying the oil product. Like the rollerball I apply the oil product again to the thinning areas and wait for around one hour. I then shower as normal and wash the product off with my normal mild shampoo. There is no residue and my hair feels healthy and stronger.

They thought it was strange that I was spending so long in the bathroom (application). Other than that they are quite happy that I am trying this out although they have no idea what it is and what it is for yet.

The scent. Only the scent.

Not huge changes yet. I’ve noticed I lose less hair each time I wash it – before I would lose handfuls almost, now I still lose hair but probably around the average amount for a female with long hair.

No comments or queries yet. Only issue initially was the scent which is quite pungent.

I was excited to use the product and in all honesty ‘desperate’ so I came into this with a fully open mind. I had previously researched a range of products that could help with female hair loss but most seemed too good to be true.

I hadn’t come across any that were bi-nightly applications so this intrigued me. Again I remain open minded that I will see change soon enough.

The process is simpler now that we can apply the roll-on and then the lotion/serum and wash off 1-2 hours later. This definitely makes usage easier to tolerate as I don’t need to worry about the smell in the morning before work.

Not really. Again they ask how it is going but they’ve not noticed any changes to my hair. I’ve had a few comments about the smell and my fiancé has been actively trying to ‘guess the smell’ he’s fully decided the smell is Fenugreek. As for it’s impact on my hair he’s less excited – yet!

The roll on product can be difficult to use as the roll on doesn’t always roll smoothly so it’s hard to tell how much of that product is getting onto what area (its most probably patchy). It would be easier if it were in a spray bottle or something that dispersed easily and evenly. I feel like the roll on rubs the hair more than it really should.

No. Actually quite the opposite, my hair has shed quite a bit over the last month, which you may see in the photos especially around the central parting and all over thickness. I’m not too worried about this ‘’yet’’ as I believe hair has to get worse before it gets better.

Nothing to query or comment as of yet. I may do as I get more into the test in the on-coming months.

No. Actually quite the opposite, my hair shed quite a bit over the last two months but we're not at a point where it's stopped shedding so quickly and has slowed down to a halt. I'm hoping that now the shedding has passed it will start to thicken and grow.

Comment as of yet. I may do as I get more into the test in the on-coming months.

I hadn’t come across any that were bi-nightly applications so this intrigued me. I’m still equally intrigued and hopeful but wish the application was slightly different so you don’t have to rub the rollerball product on to your scalp.

Yes and no. In the beginning until say January I noticed my hair had actually shed quite a bit. But in the last two months we’re at a point where it's stopped shedding so quickly and has slowed down to a halt. I'm hoping that now the shedding has passed it will start to thicken and grow. I have noticed now 4 months in that it’s starting to thicken.

Nothing to query or comment as of yet. I may do as I get more into the trail in the following months.

Initially I knew nothing about this product so went into it with an open mind. Upon first use I really felt nauseous due to the scent, but when we changed the application process (as per the emails received) I felt that application and the product overall were far easier to manage.

At first I really struggled with application and the scent of the product, I now find that it no longer bothers me. Application is easier although I did worry I would run out of product by the end of this.

You apply the lotion followed by the lotion/serum, leave to sit and work its magic and then wash off one to two hours later. It’s very simple.

Only recently my friends and family have commented that my hair looks healthier, it’s thicker looking and has a natural curl too (something I never noticed before because my hair was so fine and flyaway).

Only what's been advised already, the scent - this maybe too over powering for some peoples, especially those with sensitive noses like myself. The packaging and application overall. Rubbing the roll on makes me very worried that the product isn't going on equally and that the rubbing will damage the follicle.

I did worry that this wasn't going to work because as soon as I saw progress my hair would go back to shedding (especially in the beginning) but, the last month or so has really changed. I do believe it’s the product that's helped to push this change along as nothing has ever helped me before. Normally my hair would be shedding, especially two weeks ago during my menstrual cycle. This time it didn't. It was lovely to not have to declog the drain every time I showered.

Only my initial comment about the packaging – a spray or some sort of application that didn't require rubbing would be preferred.

I thought the smell would be hard to get used to. But, I did get used to it. I think my problem was I expected it to be pungent or chemically scented and wasn't ready for the strong herbal aspect. As for results I went in with an open mind as you never know what will work and what won’t.

In the beginning it was hard to get used to the roller ball part of the process as I couldn't be sure that I was getting equal amounts of product and I was worried the friction would lead to more hair falling out. However, clearly it has been working as my hair is growing.

Originally they weren't that bothered and still many of them aren't all that interested however, my cousins seem to be impressed as they've always known me to moan about my thin or shedding hair. They've had a break from the moaning for the past few months.

The roller ball part. This may worry other people like it did myself. Another form of application I feel would be better – spray bottle or make-up brush type applicator or a sponge etc.

Yes, it's growing and it seems to be growing thicker than the rest which is why it seems to be frizzy.

Thank you for collaborating with me. I've thoroughly enjoyed this process.

Oh, absolutely!
